Shipping policy

WRONG ADDRESS/UNDELIVERABLE

If you, the customer, entered the wrong address at checkout, we may be able to still change it while we fulfill your order. Please email contactus@barenbones.com to submit an update, along with your order number. However, once your order is out for delivery, we can’t guarantee the possibility of changing any information.

In some cases, the local post can still make the delivery depending on the recipient address error. If they can’t deliver your shipment, they’ll send it back to the return address. You will then need to submit a confirmation in the changed address to contactus@barenbones.com in order to reship the package within 30 days. Note: You will be responsible for the reshipping fees.

LOST IN TRANSIT

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date to contactus@barenbones.com. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of product(s) and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for you to confirm that the shipping address was correct and whether or not you got in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, we will not take responsibility and reship that order. Any replacements would then have to be at your expense.

DAMAGED GOODS

If something arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, send a photo of the affected goods to contactus@barenbones.com. Keep in mind that the whole item should be visible in the image. We’ll take a look and get in touch with you about the next steps.
